hi, radial.
Instead, I'm giving you a peek inside my brain.
I'm Kaya, a brand architect. I let my curiosity pull on every loose thread. Eventually, something interesting falls out.

The opportunity isn't just to make the brand look good. It's to make a new possibility feel credible, human and worth believing in.
A brand designer who can connect the dots.
Not someone who waits for a brief, makes a nice thing, and hands it over. Someone who can move between the big question and the actual artifact: understand the business, find the story, shape the expression, collaborate with the people around it, and stay close enough to the work to make it real.
That's the part of the role that caught my attention. It sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, storytelling and making, which is exactly where I do my best work.
I get curious before I get visual.
What's actually happening here? Who are we asking to care? What do they believe already? What is the category saying? Where is the tension? What could only this brand say?
Then I want to turn that thinking into a simple idea people can feel, not a strategy document that only makes sense inside the marketing team.
I like ideas that leave the building.
My work has moved across brand strategy, identity, websites, campaigns, print and physical experiences. I care about the thinking, but I also care about what happens when the thinking meets an actual deadline, stakeholder, browser, printer or audience.

Actually make it and learn along the way.
Sometimes the designer is also the developer.
I build websites myself, work inside the stack, prototype with new tools and use AI as part of the making process, not as a substitute for taste or thinking.
That matters because the distance between an idea and its execution keeps shrinking. I'm fascinated by that. Shortening one part of the workflow doesn't mean skipping out on story, taste and intention.
The science is moving faster than the story.
That's what makes this role interesting to me. Radial isn't just another company looking for someone to make a brand prettier. There's a genuinely difficult communication problem here: how do you help people understand a new possibility in care, build trust around something unfamiliar, and make the future feel tangible without oversimplifying the science?
I don't have a tidy answer to that yet. That's actually part of the appeal. I want to dig into the product, the people, the category and the culture and figure out what the brand can become from there.
I'd rather do that than tell you I already know the answer.
